Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going? You won’t find your answers here, but I can tell you a little about myself though.

Yue, a given alias. I like art in various forms: photography, graphics, music, movies, literature,… They all inspire me to create something of my own. I tend to set my mind open as broad as possible. I love the most absurd kinds of humour and laugh about almost everything. I’m a dreamer, but fully aware of the world outside.

This blog is a scrapbook for the various voices inside my head, like short stories and lyrics. I’ll write a lot about music, novels, movies, series and random things I come across. I study Journalism to find my own outlet in this world.

I like music from rock to metal, back from trip-hop to electronica. There are no music barriers in good music. Dir en grey are for me, the number one band out there.

Notewhorty, I read everything by Haruki Murakami and Chuck Palahniuk. Tim Burton creates the most amazing tales and I’ve read his poem book over and over. Johnny Depp and Tadanobu Asano are everything you long for in an actor. Oldboy and Donnie Darko are two excellent examples how movies should be made. I often live in the the wonderful world of the Final Fantasy series. And I’m a devoted follower of Dexter series (both show and novels), Death Note and the beautiful epos Angel Sanctuary. (I could make this list endless, so I’ll stop.)

In my free time I either release all my adrenaline at concerts/festivals, or search the quiet life. I like to cook (asian style), take a swim and prefer walking above all else.
