London, here I come :D sgonna be great. not only that, but seeing Girugamesh as well.

EDIT: I found out that there are plans for a film adaption of Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami (one of my all-time favourite novels by my all-time favourite author)

It was announced in July 2008 that Tran Anh Hung would direct an adaptation of the novel. The film stars Kenichi Matsuyama as Watanabe, Rinko Kikuchi as Naoko and Kiko Mizuhara as Midori, and is expected to be released in autumn 2010.

I'm a bit afraid they'll screw the novel up, but on the other hand I really like Kenichi. Makes me wanna see it :3

matsuken would most likely make the perfect watanabe, so i'm not too worried yet. i don't recognise the other names, but i might've seen them in things before -- i'll research tomorrow.

i'll probably be 20 by the time i get to see the movie... scary. :\

uh-huh, thought the same thing. If I have faith in someone to pull watanabe of it's Kenichi. and don't know the others either.

well, I'll be 23 or something :S even scarier. I'm an old man T___T (well, luckily I still look way below my age)

i don't think i've actually seen him in a movie where he hasn't fitted the character perfectly, he's a genuinely brilliant actor. and gorgeous too, bonus! 8D

23 isn't old! :p especially when we're as lucky as we are in looking a lot younger. i still look about 12, it's going to be so weird when i do actually look older.

Have fun in London!

I'm pretty excited for the movie. I haven't read the book yet, but I have about a quarter left of one I'm reading and Norwegian Wood is up next 8D I heard that one's supposed to be really good.
